However, our firm does offer special flat-rates on many of our estate planning documents. The overall goal of proper estate planning is to avoid the expensive probate process. These flat-rates substantially reduce the cost of planning your estate while also helping our clients to avoid the probate process while simultaneously providing for a plan in the event some assets are forgotten. Additionally, our attorneys now accept credit card payments for all of the flat-rate services!
